Safeguard Omniangels
Kabul, Afghanistan

The Safeguard Omniangels were formed to take preventative safety measures and watch over the hearts, minds, and soul stars of the inhabitants of the planetary spheres. Safeguard Omniangels have additional roles and tasks as precautionary maintainers, careful sustainers, and defensive keepers of hallowed traditions and virtuous ways. They take preventative safety measures and watch over the hearts, minds, and soul stars of the inhabitants of the planetary spheres.

Endorsing, espousing, encouraging, advocating, and supporting both the everyday and extraordinary efforts of people to be noble, gallant, decent, good, and sanctified, they look after, preserve, and save them from harm. The Safeguard Omniangels retain, defend, uphold, shelter, and shield whenever and wherever vigilance serves as a vanguard hallmark.

Archangel Gabriel has been appointed as the new Chieftain of the Safeguard Omniangels. Archangel Gabriel will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction. The Sacred Site of the Afghanistan Kabul Safeguard Omniangels is the seven hundred kilometers long Kabul River, which arises in the Afghanistan Sanglakh Range and flows by Kabul on its way to join the Indus River in Pakistan. Kabul (Kâb'l), the largest city and capital of Afghanistan, is situated high in the mountains in a narrow valley by the Kabul River before the Khyber Pass. A tunnel underneath the Hindu Kush mountains links the city with the Tajikistan border.

Kabul was first mentioned about 300 BCE by the Persian Achaemenids as a settlement on the Kubha River called Kabura that was inhabited about 1200 BCE. The city eventually came under the control of the Kushans who were succeeded by the Hindus until the Arabs conquered it in 664 ACE. For the ensuing six hundred years, Kabul was ruled first by the Samanids of Bokhara, then the Ghaznavid Empire, and then the Ghorids of Bamiyan.

The Mongols invaded the city in the thirteenth century. In 1504 ACE, the city came under the control of a series of Mughal rulers. Persians conquered Kabul in 1738 ACE. Then, in the middle of the eighteenth century, Afghan rule was reclaimed by Ahmad Shah Durrani and then by his son Timur Shah in 1772 ACE. It was Timur Shah who made the city the capital of modern day Afghanistan.

After their empire deteriorated, Dost Mohammed claimed the throne for himself in 1826 ACE. His initial reign did not last long since the British army took control of the city in 1839 ACE. There was an uprising in 1841 ACE during which the British army retreated to Jalalabad only to return in 1842 ACE to plunder the fort of Bala Hissar before retreating to India.

Dost Mohammed once again sat on the throne for awhile. When the city came under the control of Sher Ali Khan, the British returned to Kabul in 1878 ACE. Another uprising followed. The British army returned again in 1879 ACE and decimated Bala Hissar before retreating once again to India. King Amanullah declared the independence of Afghanistan from the Id Gah Mosque in 1919 ACE. He also started schooling for girls and introduced electricity to the area.

When he was deposed by a Tajik rebel in 1928 ACE, Kabul was terrorized for nine months before his half-brother Nadir Shah was able to restore order. Kabul University opened in the early 1930's, and, the city developed as an industrial center in the 1940's. The Russians helped to pave the streets of Kabul during the 1950's. Then in 1960's the city opened the Kabul Zoo, which was maintained with the assistance of German Zoologists.

Czechoslovakia helped the city build an east-west trolley-bus system in the 1970's. Constant warfare since 1979 has curtailed the productivity of the city which produces beet sugar, cloth, furniture, and ordnance. Despite this Kabul is still one of the most mined cities in the world. The population of the city is primarily Tajik; while, the Pashtuns and the Hazaras comprise the largest ethnic minorities. A cultural and economic center, the curved tapered streets of old Kabul are filled with bazaars. There are also numerous colleges and cultural sites.

Some of these cultural sites include the Afghan National Gallery, Afghan National Archive, Bala Hissar fort (which has been restored and turned into a military college), Babur gardens and tomb, Bibi Mahroo Hill, Chakari Minaret, Darul Aman Palace, Kabul Museum, Kabul Zoo, Mohammed Nadir Shah Mausoleum, Minar-i-Istiklal Column of Independence, OMAR Mine Museum, Paghman Gardens, Tappe-i-Maranjan, Timur Shah tomb, and the Shah Do Shamshera Museum.

Kabul is a principal Afghanistan Sacred Site focal point for Six Omniangels Groups that includes Correction Omniangels, Galactic Omniangels, Global Omniangels, Proactive Omniangels, Safeguard Omniangels, and Virtue Omniangels; as well as, a group of Six Paradise Pillars Revelation Powers Cosmic Archangels that includes Archangel Sabbrael, Archangel Shammael, Archangel Shammiel, Archangel Shamsiel, Archangel Shemmael, and Archangel Shemmiel, all of whom are now serving the planet as Archangels of the Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction.
