Safeguard Omniangels
Bicentennial Mall Park, America

The Safeguard Omniangels were formed to take preventative safety measures and watch over the hearts, minds, and soul stars of the inhabitants of the planetary spheres. Safeguard Omniangels have additional roles and tasks as precautionary maintainers, careful sustainers, and defensive keepers of hallowed traditions and virtuous ways. They take preventative safety measures and watch over the hearts, minds, and soul stars of the inhabitants of the planetary spheres.

Endorsing, espousing, encouraging, advocating, and supporting both the everyday and extraordinary efforts of people to be noble, gallant, decent, good, and sanctified, they look after, preserve, and save them from harm. The Safeguard Omniangels retain, defend, uphold, shelter, and shield whenever and wherever vigilance serves as a vanguard hallmark.

Archangel Gabriel has been appointed as the new Chieftain of the Safeguard Omniangels. Archangel Gabriel will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction. The planetary Cosmic Benefactor Archangel for the Safeguard Omniangels is Archangel Saraqael who is also a Chieftain of the Ministering Angels who sit on the judgment councils. A Holy Seraph, who has jurisdiction over humans who have committed spiritual sins, Archangel Saraqael will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the Ninth Ray of Divine Protection.

The Sacred Site of the America Bicentennial Mall Park Safeguard Omniangels is the Bicentennial Capitol Mall Park, which is located near the State Capitol in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A.

Encompassing nineteen acres, the park has a Greek design, terraced lawn amphitheater with two thousand seats and a ninety-five bell carillon; as well as, historical and natural commemoratives such as the Court of 3 Stars, the Rivers of Tennessee Fountains, Pathway of Volunteers, and Walkway of the Counties.

The founding of the state is commemorated with a 1796 monument and fountain. At each end of the Riverwalk, there are groups of eighteen Tennessee Flags comprised of one large twelve by eighteen foot flag and eight smaller five by eight foot flags.

Comprised of red, white, and blue granite, the Court of 3 Stars, symbolizes East, Middle, and West Tennessee; while, thirty-one vertical Rivers of Tennessee water fountains represent the principal waterways in the state.

Memorials include a Civilian Conservation Corps Memorial honoring the program that formed the foundation for the future network of National and State Parks; and, a World War II Memorial with an eighteen thousand pound granite globe floating on water and large granite markers.

Diverse native ferns, grasses, shrubs, trees, wildflowers and other indigenous vegetation from Tennessee's ninety-five counties adorn the Walkway of the Counties, a historical journey showcasing the state's flat, mountainous, and rolling hills regional topography.

A Wall of History on the West side of the park with a granite pylon marker for each decade commemorates two centuries of historical events. The one thousand four hundred foot long wall breaks during the time period of the Civil War to show the decisive impact that conflict had upon the state.

Government answering to the People; as well as, the musical heritage of Tennessee is denoted by the largest bell carillon in the world. There are ninety-five bells, one for each of the ninety-five counties of Tennessee. On the grounds of the State Capitol, a ninety-sixth bell, the answer bell, rings in response to the ringing of the other ninety-five bells.
