Archangel
Gabriel has been appointed as the new Chieftain of the Safeguard Omniangels.
Archangel Gabriel will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the
Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction. The planetary Cosmic Benefactor Archangel for the Safeguard Omniangels is
Archangel Saraqael who is also a Chieftain of the Ministering Angels who
sit on the judgment councils. A Holy Seraph, who has jurisdiction over humans
who have committed spiritual sins, Archangel Saraqael will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the
Ninth Ray of Divine Protection.
The Sacred Site focal point of the Canada Vancouver Safeguard Omniangels is the Stanley Park, which is located close to the downtown area of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The first park of the city of Vancouver, Stanley Park was envisioned as an evergreen oasis near the city center for the use ond enjoyment of people of diverse races, creeds, and cultures. Encompassing one thousand acres (four hundred hectares) with a lagoon, small islands, rushes, and more than three hundred fifty plants, the park has a diverse array of flora and fauna. The fauna includes an abundance of many species of birds such as Canadian geese, ducks, and swans. At the Lost Lagoon Nature House there Natural History information and guided walking tours around the park are available. Some of the flora include stately Cedar, Fir, and Hemlock trees, flowering Cherry and Plum trees, azaleas, and other ornamental plants. There is also a formal Rose Garden which is enveloped by a multitude of colourful perennial plants, as well as, a Rhododendron Garden with many hybrid rhododendrons. Besides, the Visitors Center which has a gift shop, an open air interpretive area, and realistic coastal scene Totem Poles, there are other attractions like the Children's Farmyard, Aquarium, Miniature Railway, and Theatre Under the Stars.
