Gabriel has been appointed as the new Chieftain of the Safeguard Omniangels.
Archangel Gabriel will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the
Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction. The planetary Cosmic Benefactor Archangel for the Safeguard Omniangels is
Archangel Saraqael who is also a Chieftain of the Ministering Angels who
sit on the judgment councils. A Holy Seraph, who has jurisdiction over humans
who have committed spiritual sins, Archangel Saraqael will continue to serve the planet as an Archangel of the
Ninth Ray of Divine Protection.
The Sacred Site focal point of the Canada Vancouver Island Safeguard Omniangels is the Butchart Gardens and the Beacon Hill Park in the Greater Victoria Region on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. The Butchart Gardens are situated by Brentwood Bay on the Saanich Peninsula. Founded on a former limestone quarry site in 1904. Today the gardens bloom from March through October, and, there are more than 1,000,000 plants from around 700 diverse species. The Beacon Hill Park, which overlooks the Strait of Juan De Fuca, is home to many Great Blue Herons. An oasis of both landscaped and natural splendor, the interior of the park has bridged streams, flowerbeds, lakes, and elegant trees. There are wonderful vistas, ocean bluffs, and wildflower bejeweled slopes. Native Gary Oaks, Douglas Firs, Cottonwoods, Blue Camas, and Grasslands complete the uniquely spectacular landscape. Beacon Hill Park provides habitat for a diverse array of wildlife including painted turtles, raccoons, river otters, squirrels, and sunfish.
