The Sacred Site focal point of the America Frozen Head Park Virtue Omniangels is Frozen Head State Park and Natural Area, which is located in the Crab Orchard Mountains near the city of Wartburg in Morgan County, Tennessee, U.S.A. Encompassing 11,869 acres of fairly pristine mountain forests, Frozen Head Park has some of the highest peaks west of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Tennessee Valley. Ranging in height from elevations of 1,500 feet to 3,324 feet, the park has more than fourteen peaks that are over 3,000 feet in height. The Frozen Head mountaintop usually remains capped with ice or snow during the winter; while, the peaks in the lower valleys remain unembellished by winter's frosty trimmings. The higher elevations in Frozen Head Park provide panoramic views of Cumberland Plateau, the Great Smoky Mountains and the Tennessee Valley. The state park and natural area has giant cap rocks on the mountaintops, rock shelters, waterfalls, and more than fifty miles of trails.
