Archangel Raduriel comes to this local universe after many millenium of distinguished service as an Archangel in another local universe that has always been aligned with Divine Will, Divine Harmony, Divine Authority, Divine Love, Divine Light, and Divine Power. Archangel Raduriel was known for awhile by her birth name from another local universe that of Archangel Vretil. Now that Cosmic Archangels are being distinguished from this local universe's Archangels (who have a seven letter name), by using an eight letter name, she has decided to be known by one of her former appellations in this local universe. As a higher heavens realms Adjudication Registrar, Archangel Raduriel (Radweriel) was a Cosmic Chronicles Recording Angel who was notably gifted with a powerful bounty of co-creative poetic wisdom. She was also the benefactor mentoring angel of the poetry and song muses, as well as, the celestial choral singers. Archangel Raduriel was the Chief of the Phoenixes angelic order. The Phoenixes attend the Earth as it takes its chariot ride around the sun, continually greeting the rising sun with melodious, sweetly sounding songs, as elemental sunshine radiance blesses the landscape in different planetary locales. As Vretil, she was considered the wisest and most knowledgeable of the Archangels, so the heavenly spheres treasury of sacred books, scrolls, treatises was entrusted to her safekeeping. Referred to in the lore of Ezra and 2 Enoch, Vretil was depicted as a knowledgeable heavenly spheres scribe. Enoch wrote down what she revealed to him in many books over the course of many days. Archangel Raduriel serves as the Cosmic Benefactor Archangel for the Environment Omniangels and is Co-Chieftain Mentor of Archangel Zadkiel.

The Sacred Sites focal points of Archangel Raduriel and the Third Ray of Harmonics Restoration are the Wetlands on Cape May Peninsula, which is located on the southernmost point of the state of New Jersey, U.S.A.; and, the Washington State Park, which is located at SW Park Place in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. Named for Cornelius Mey, a Dutch Explorer, the Cape May cape and peninsula separates the Atlantic Ocean from Delaware Bay. One of the most renown birding sites in North America, Cape May has many nature preserves and wildlife refuges. Every May, the Word Series of Birding is hold at the Cape May Bird Observatory. Numerous birds congregate on Cape May during the spring and fall seasonal migrations. The town of Cape May with its white sandy beaches dates back to the 1700s. The oldest seaside resort in America, the entire city of Cape May is a National Historic Landmark. Much of the original Victorian architecture in Cape May has been maintained over the years and the buildings still remain in prime condition and retain their pristine appearance. Cape May Peninsula municipalities include: Avalon, Cape May Point, Dennis Township, Lower Township, Middle Township, North Wildwood, Stone Harbor, West Wildwood, Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and West Cape May. Archangel Raduriel shares this Sacred Site focal point with Archangel Zadkiel, an Archangel of the Eleventh Ray of Divine Mage; a group of Environment Omniangels, the America Cape May Environment Omniangels; group of Safeguard Omniangels, the America Cape May Peninsula Cape Safeguard Omniangels; and, a group of Virtue Omniangels, the America Cape May Peninsula Cape Virtue Omniangels. Encompassing almost 130 acres, Washington Park, which is both a Washington Park Neighborhood and a Regional Park, was founded in 1871. The City of Portland purchased the original 40.78 acres in 1871. At that time the inaccessible site was densely covered with trees and bushes, and, cougars roamed the hills. Years later, after logging and the installation of a cable car made the park accessible. the park began to slowly develop. In the mid-1800's, the city hired a seaman native of Germany who helped steer the park's development by tapping his knowledge of European parks for guidance. By 1900's, there were clipped hedges, drives, formal plantings, native shrubs and ground cover, ornamental flower beds, walkways, and a zoo in the park. Today Washington Park is one of the most beloved, frequented, and oldest of Portland's parks. There are three public gardens which include the Hoyt Arboretum, the International Rose Test Garden, and the Japanese Garden.
