Although the word angel is derived from "angelos", the Greek word for messengers, there are numerous roles angels play in Creation. Besides the familiar guardian, healing, and warrior angels there are also angels of nature, illumination, inspiration, science, art, writing, love, song, birth, death, transformation, and builders of form to name just a few. One of their most important functions on Earth is to nurture and assist in the development and unfoldment of human potential. Angels are beings of great love, light, and power who have existed since long before the dawning of human history. Angels have been depicted in art with human like facial features, which is accurate; but, they have also been inaccurately portrayed as having a pair of bird like wings which they use to fly about the realms of Creation. The energy field surrounding an angelic being pulsates with arching streams of brilliant light which have been symbolized as wings. They move about the dimensions of the universe at the speed of intentional thought and focalized willpower.
Like people, they belong to
clans or families. Angels are similar to humans in that they also walk the paths
of evolution; but, the immortality of the angels means that their journey can
also be both arduous and painful at times.
Angels are beings of light with a light matrix that is similar to that of the divine blueprint for humans with the primary difference (besides virtual immortality) being that the angelic chakra or energy wheel system starts from the heart chakra and goes up from there. As all the myths and stories about heavenly wars illustrate, the angels have deep and often intense emotional natures. Only after many ages have passed, at the behest of divine mediators, have the majority of the rebellious angels and the more dutiful angels of this local universe been able to negotiate a peace treaty, to reconcile their differences, and to form a new spiritual coalition with a neutral Midway Station at Merope in the Pleiades. The Archangels are angels of special prominence and specific assignment, They are often called "Celestial Envoys" because of their role as coordinators, directors, empowerers, healers, illuminators, integrators, mages, preservers, protectors, restorers, synthesizers, and transformers. Beings of heraldic deportment, they convey the proclamations of divine will throughout the realms of the universe. Leaders with bridging responsibilities, the Archangels, span dimensional time and space to serve as patrons and protectors of humanity, bringing hallowed blessings and providing intercessional openings. Supportive emissaries, the most widely recognized list of the Archangels overlighting earthly endeavors includes: Chamael, Jophiel, Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Uriel, and Zadkiel. All of these Archangels are currently serving as one of the Archangels of the Twelve Universal Lightrays, as well as, Omniangels Chieftains.
