The key to performing Divine Alchemy resides in igniting the spark of sacred fire at the center of pertinent points of the crystalline etheric matrix. Only then will transformation be spiritually substantive. Each of the elements contain archetypal and alchemical properties: Earth is linked with tangible manifestation, physical materiality, fertile creativity, copper ore, and Conjunction. Water is linked with cleansing ablution, fluidic purification, osmotic luminosity, the metal tin, and Dissolution. Fire is linked with initiative action, sacred vigor, dynamic transformation, the metal lead, and Calcination. Air is linked with manifest spirit, vital communications, sympathetic vibrancy, the metal iron, and Separation. Ether is linked with quintessence, the space-time continuum, the vital principle of collective universality, the magnetically radiant Archaeus, and Mysterium Magnum. In Alchemy there are Four Grade of Fire involved in the overall process of Alchemical Transformation. They are Elementary Fire, Secret Fire, Central Fire, and Celestial Fire Elementary Fire, the fire of the stove (solid, caustic, tainted), was the grossest form of fire.
To the alchemist it was
external and separating. Central Fire, the fire within substance (eclectic,
inherent, qualitative), was hidden in the heart of matter.
To the alchemist it was internal and engendering. Celestial Fire, the fire of divine will (powerful, pure, clear-cut), was knowable only by its actions. To the alchemist it was gentle and ethereal. Secret Fire, the fire within us, (kundalini, radiating, intense). To the alchemist it was an external catalyst for change. The quest for the Philosopher's Stone, the "Magical Touchstone" of immortality through purity and perfection, has long been the Arcana and the Elixir that will infuse the Below with the Above, making the mundane divine. At its core, Alchemy is the transformational process of imbuing matter with spirit, awaking potent potentialities, and manifesting the intrinsic absolute within extrinsic relativity. Although Alchemy and Alchemical Procedures can be taught and learned by the Alchemist through reasoning, to really accomplish anything significant, to awaken the sleeping spiritual potential within matter, the Alchemist must also be a primordial artist imbued with Divine Powers.
In its highest aspect, Alchemy enables one to regenerate, to transmutate, and to
transform something that is earthly into something that is divine. Just as an
acorn can become a might oak through both elemental power and quintessence; a
human being can be transformed into a god or goddess... Go back
